ACCOUNT INFORMATION
| When you create an account, we collect your name and email address. This is used to identify your account and communicate with you about your orders. |
BODY MEASUREMENTS
| To create your garment, we collect your body measurements. This information is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of crafting your custom piece. It is never shared with any third party outside our supply chain. |
ORDER & PAYMENT INFORMATION
| We collect your shipping address and order details. Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card number, CVV, or full payment credentials at any point. |
USAGE DATA
| We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site — pages visited, time spent, general location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics. |
HOW WE USE IT
ORDER FULFILLMENT
| Your name, measurements, design selection, and address are used exclusively to create and deliver your garment. This information is shared with our craftsmen in Bharat only to the extent necessary to fulfill your order. |
COMMUNICATION
| We use your email to send order confirmations, dispatch notifications, and responses to your enquiries. We do not send unsolicited marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in. |
NO DATA SALE
| We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party. Ever. This is a founding principle of The House of Scion. |
YOUR RIGHTS
ACCESS & CORRECTION
| You may request a copy of all personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct any inaccuracies. Contact us at communicate@kdscion.com and we will respond within 5 business days. |
DELETION
| You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. Note that we are required to retain records of completed transactions for a minimum period as required by law. |
DATA RETENTION
| We retain your account information and order history for as long as your account is active, and for 2 years following your last order, after which it is securely deleted. |
