This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit kdscion.com or place an order with us. It applies to all visitors, clients, and individuals who interact with The House through any channel — website, email, or direct communication.
By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please do not use our services.
This Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services that may be linked from our site. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platforms you visit.
When you create an account or place an order, we collect your full name, email address, phone number (optional), and shipping address. This information is necessary to identify your account and fulfill your order.
The creation of your custom garment requires your precise body measurements. This is the most personal category of data we handle. It is stored securely, used solely to craft your piece, and never shared beyond the direct craftsmen responsible for your order.
We retain records of your design selections, fabric choices, and order history to fulfill your orders, resolve disputes, and provide you with continuity of service in future orders.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. The House does not store, process, or transmit your card number, CVV, or full payment credentials at any point. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
When you browse our website, we automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, pages visited, time spent on pages, and referring URLs. This data is collected in aggregate via Google Analytics and is used solely for site performance and improvement.
When you contact us by email or through our contact form, we retain the contents of your correspondence for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and maintaining a record of our interactions.

Your identity information, measurements, design selections, and shipping address are used exclusively to create, produce, and deliver your garment. This is the primary and overriding purpose for which we collect personal data.
We use your information to manage your account, maintain your order history, and provide you with access to your past orders and measurements for future commissions.
We use your email address to send order confirmations, production updates, dispatch notifications, and direct responses to your enquiries. We will only send marketing communications if you have explicitly opted in, and you may withdraw this consent at any time.
Aggregated, anonymized usage data helps us understand how our community interacts with our website so we can improve the experience, fix issues, and develop new offerings.
We may use your information to detect and prevent fraud, enforce our terms, and comply with applicable legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from government authorities.

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for 3 years following your last order, after which it is securely and permanently deleted. Body measurements are deleted upon account deletion.

Your information, your authority over it
Safeguarded at every layer
The House implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers, and access controls that restrict who within The House may view sensitive data.
All payment transactions are processed over encrypted connections by Stripe, which maintains PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance — the highest standard in payment security. The House never handles raw card data.
No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your rights and freedoms, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
The House of Scion is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us immediately at communicate@kdscion.com.
Upon learning that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our systems.

Designed in USA, crafted in Bharat
KD: The House of Scion is designed in the USA and crafted in Bharat (India). In fulfilling your order, your measurements and design specifications are transmitted to our craftsmen in India. This constitutes an international transfer of personal data.
We take appropriate steps to ensure that such transfers are conducted securely and that your information receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this Policy and applicable law. Our craftsmen are contractually bound to use your information solely for the purpose of producing your garment and to maintain confidentiality.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries — including the United States and India — that may not offer the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
The House reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or how we handle your data, we will provide notice via email (if we hold your email address) at least 14 days prior to the change taking effect.
